Tropical {Green} Smoothie

I am a bonafied juicer (juici, maybe?)  Anyway, I love to juice in the mornings…it is my favorite way to “eat” my vegetables and fruits. I get everything I need for the day in one glass and in one shot! I can sing the praises of juicing all day, but I can not tell a lie–I hate cleaning up the juicer afterwards. So, when I’m feeling extra lazy or if I am in a rush, this is my go-to smoothie. No, I do not get all of the vegetables I get when I juice, but I can’t beat the time saved and it is seriously good!

Ingredients
1 medium ripe banana
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup strawberries, stems removed
1/2 cup nut or fat-free milk

Directions
Place the banana, spinach, mango, strawberries, and milk into a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

Makes 1 {big} glass
