My new obsession is finding really cool original paintings and prints on Etsy.com. So far, I’ve purchased about 3 original artworks–which I love, and I’ve just come across my next one. 3 Brown Girls is owned by artist, mother, and wife Tequitia Andrews and I’m loving the brown faced art that is meant to inspire!. My favorites so far are the three miniature “Wisdom, Faith, and Courage” art dolls and the be innovative print.

Okay, I know you are either starting or finishing your Spring cleaning by now, so I’ve been researching different storage solutions to help all of my Get ‘Em Girls get and stay organized. I like my kitchen cabinets to be extremely organized, all the plates neatly stacked and cups in a perfect row but my BIGGEST and most annoying challenge is those darn pot lids! My pot lids are always falling down, getting in the way or rushing out of the cabinet the minute I open the door but I’m so determined to solve this problem this week! So here are a few solutions and products for pot lids that I’m thinking about purchasing (or installing).

Living in New York, I’m always touring beautiful residential buildings with gorgeous views and fantastic amenities (it’s actually a sport for me). This weekend I was browsing online looking for newly constructed buildings to tour next weekend and I came across 200 Eleventh Avenue!

Wow, this building has the ultimate amenity, an En-Suite Sky Garage! How many luxury buildings can say they offer that? Here is how it works: You drive into the car sized elevator, the elevator recognizes your car and takes you up to your floor. You then, pull into your garage and the elevator goes back down. With just a few steps your right into your apartment!
